OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE OUR SERVICE (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Classic Snake, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or relating to:

  • Your use or misuse of our Service

Termination

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

Effect of Termination

Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you and Classic Snake agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for:

  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Injunctive relief requests

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration.

International Use

Our Service is accessible globally, but users are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations. Some features may not be available in all jurisdictions due to legal restrictions.
